We are looking for a dynamic and presentable young lady with a pleasant personality to work as a Personal Assistant to Managing Director. In this role, you would be responsible for providing efficient administrative support and coordination of day to day activities of Managing director office. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential for this position. The right candidate should have a sound educational background and preferably with suitable administrative qualifications and at least 5 years' experience in a similar capacity. Arab / European Candidate.
• University Graduate
• Excellent command of English both spoken & written
• Multilingual: Arabic / French / Spanish preferable
• Computer literary with MS office
• Willing to work under pressure
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Willing to work long hours if needed
• Dedication, commitment & integrity
• Proficiently handle highly confidential matters with discretion
