The candidate will be responsible for providing legal administrative and clerical support to the lawyers in the Corporate Commercial area.
Will serve in the preparation of corporate legal documents, corporate filings and registrations, updating/maintaining Minute Books, drafting letters, document assembly, dealing with mail/courier, occasionally answering main phone line, opening and closing files, time entries, client correspondence, booking appointments, client interaction, account billing, interface with Calgary head office on issues or matters as required, daily filing, file management an oversight and general office administrative tasks given from time to time.
